On Sunday, May 18, 2025, the first edition of Bibi's U11 Tournament will take place. Organized by JW Sport Events, the tournament will be held at Sports Park De Elskens in Oosterhout. This event is dedicated to my daughter Bibi and supports the Down Syndrome Foundation. The entire day is centered around the project "Images for Acceptance." Throughout the tournament, 24 top-level teams from Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands will compete in 96 exciting matches. About "Images for Acceptance" The goal of this project is to raise awareness and understanding of children with Down syndrome in regular education and childcare settings. By providing real-life insights, we help teachers, schools, and daycare centers better prepare for welcoming a child with Down syndrome into their classrooms. This ensures more children with Down syndrome have the opportunity for a strong start in life and inclusive education.
