The IberCup South Africa is part of the prestigious IberCup series, bringing world-class youth football to the African continent. It will be held in Gauteng,Johannesburg starting on the 11th December until 15th. This tournament offers young players from U9 to U18 (boys) and U14 to U18 (girls) the chance to compete against top teams from South Africa and around the world in a professional and inspiring environment. Launched to promote youth development, inclusivity, and social impact through football, IberCup South Africa attracts leading local clubs such as Kaizer Chiefs, Mamelodi Sundowns, and Supersport United, alongside renowned international academies including PSG, Ajax, Benfica, and River Plate. Matches are played in both 7 v 7 formats for younger age groups (U9–U13) and 11 v 11 formats for older age groups (U14–U18), creating a highly competitive yet supportive atmosphere where young talents can showcase their skills, teamwork, and passion for the game. Organised by IberCup South Africa in collaboration with IberCup Global and supported by the Gauteng government, SAFA, and LaLiga, the tournament is known for its excellent organisation, top-quality facilities, and commitment to youth football development. The IberCup South Africa is more than just a football event – it is a celebration of youth development, cultural exchange, and the unifying power of sport.
